Lara’s connection to electronic music grew from an early interest in sound systems, instruments, dancing and club culture. Her approach to DJing comes from a place of curiosity and close attention to texture, rhythm and movement. She looks for music with depth and detail, for tracks that can unfold, be layered, stretched and rediscovered over time. Each of her sets are different every time depending on emotion, story or setting. Her sets move fluidly between genres, like techno, dub, house, downtempo, breaks, IDM and polyrhythmic sounds held together by a strong sense of continuity, tension and rolling energy.
